DESCRIPTION: Bushy, compact, strongly fragrant rugosa hybrid with recurrent large, double, white ruffled petals. One of the earliest to bloom in the spring. Wrinkly olive-green foliage and red-brown stems. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established.
