Calgary Plants – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Calgary Plants. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Substitution Policy

Plant availability may vary due to seasonal supply and quality standards.

If a selected plant is unavailable or does not meet our quality standards, Calgary Plants reserves the right to substitute the item with a plant of similar type, size, and color.

If a suitable substitution cannot be made, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout to discuss alternatives.

If we cannot reach you before delivery, the unavailable item will be fully refunded.

Delivery Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to Calgary Plants' delivery process.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on weather, plant availability, and logistics.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible and suitable for plant placement.

Live Plant Care

Plants are living products and require proper care to thrive.

Calgary Plants is not responsible for plant health after delivery if plants are not properly cared for or if environmental conditions are unsuitable.

Care instructions may be provided but results can vary depending on site conditions.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our plants.

If plants delivered are of unacceptable quality, you must contact Calgary Plants within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

To qualify for exchange or refund:

• Plants must not be planted
• Plants must remain in their original condition
• Photos are required for delivery damage claims

Failure to notify us within the 24-hour window may affect eligibility for resolution.

Order Changes & Availability

Orders placed before early to mid-April may be subject to change due to supplier availability and seasonal conditions.

We reserve the right to modify product availability, pricing, or descriptions without notice.

Returns & Cancellations

Items cancelled or returned outside of our 24-hour satisfaction guarantee or warranty coverage may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Limitation of Liability

Calgary Plants is not liable for damages resulting from improper plant care, environmental conditions, or circumstances beyond our control after delivery.

Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased.

By using this website you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
