Refund & Return Policy

Calgary Plants sells live plant material and seasonal products. Because plants are living products, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure quality while recognizing the natural variability of plant material.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all plants at the time of delivery.

If there are any concerns regarding plant quality, damage, or incorrect items, you must contact Calgary Plants within 24 hours of delivery.

and include photos of the plants in question.

Failure to notify us within the 24-hour window may affect eligibility for refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Plants must not be planted
• Plants must remain in original condition
• Plants must be properly cared for until pickup or replacement
• Photos must be provided for quality or damage claims

Plants that have been planted or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Plant Availability & Order Changes

Plant availability may vary due to seasonal supply and quality standards.

If a selected plant becomes unavailable or does not meet our quality standards, Calgary Plants will contact the customer using the phone number or email provided at checkout to discuss available options.

Options may include:

• Approving a suitable substitution
• Changing the plant selection
• Removing the item from the order and issuing a refund

Calgary Plants will not substitute plants without customer approval.

If we are unable to reach the customer prior to delivery, the unavailable item may be removed from the order and refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards
• Plants that have been planted
• Plants damaged due to improper care after delivery

Because plants are living products, Calgary Plants cannot guarantee plant performance after planting.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Delivery and Return Logistics

Calgary Plants operates its own delivery service.

If a return or replacement is approved, Calgary Plants will arrange pickup or replacement delivery where applicable.

Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the situation.
