DESCRIPTION: 50-60 days to harvest from transplant. Easy to grow, vine type plant, will need support for best results. If no support is used, please space 90 cm apart. Early, vigorous zucchini squash bears abundant yields of 6 to 8-in. (15 to 20-cm) fruits. Straight, smooth, dark green-mottled zucchini with pale greenish-white, firm flesh and bush habit They are best eaten when under 15-20 cm (6-8”) long and 3-8 cm (1½-3”) in diameter. Mild, sweet vegetal taste, making it a great dessert bread ingredient. Delicious eaten as a raw, gluten free, noodle substitute, baked in the oven, or grilled on the barbecue or campfire.
