Early, vigorous zucchini squash bears abundant yields of 6 to 8-in. (15 to 20-cm) fruits. Straight, smooth, dark green-mottled zucchini with pale greenish-white, firm flesh and bush habit They are best eaten when under 15-20 cm (6-8”) long and 3-8 cm (1½-3”) in diameter. Mild, sweet vegetal taste, making it a great dessert bread ingredient. Delicious eaten as a raw, gluten free, noodle substitute, baked in the oven, or grilled on the barbecue or campfire.
