Shopping on Calgary Plants Online is best on a bigger screen. Our site is optimized for mobile devices too, but features are a bit harder to navigate for some users.
Begin by either using the SEARCH bar, if you know what you are looking for, or select from the CATEGORIES. If using a mobile phone, you would click on the 3 horizontal bars for categories or click on the magnifying glass to use the search feature.
If you are going through our categories you can refine your search by many features via the options on each categorie's page, like SHOW (Choose 16 to see the most options), or REFINE BY - to only see what's in stock now.
To see the price and details of any product you're interested in, click on the product image and the 'QUICK VIEW' will come up. From here you can choose your quantity or size, and see details about the plant or product. When you find the perfect product, simply click the ADD TO CART button. If you are not ready to checkout simply click the continue shopping button or if done you can click the VIEW CART button.
At any time if you would like to view your cart this can be done by clicking on the CART button at the top right of the page.
To checkout you will need a valid email and fill in shipping information. Also, if you have a discount code or gift card you would enter it on the first page of checkout on the right hand side.
Once you have clicked NEXT then you will be provided with options for DELIVERY. Delivery days vary depending on where you are located, and are not flexible. If you're not home on delivery day, we leave leave your plants on your step. See the maps for details and then click CONTINUE to payment method. NOTE: You will be emailed to confirm your delivery date ahead of time.
Please ensure that your Shipping address and method are correct, if not you can click on EDIT beside them to update.
Below this is where you can either pay by Credit card or PayPal. NOTE: We do not see or keep any of your payment information that is entered here, it is handled through secure transactions by our payment providers.
Once your information is entered click COMPLETE ORDER. A notification that your order was received and processed will be sent to you. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder before emailing us at info@calgaryplants.com and we will find your order.

Substitution Policy
Plant Availability: In cases where the selected plants are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, Calgary Plants reserves the right to substitute the item with a plant of an equivalent type and color.
Customer Notification: If substitution is not possible, we will attempt to contact you using the contact details provided at checkout to discuss alternative options.
Refund for Unavailable Items: If we are unable to reach you before the scheduled delivery, any unavailable items will be refunded in full.
Delivery and Plant Care
Delivery Agreement: By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to Calgary Plants' delivery process.
Live Plant Care: You acknowledge that live plants require proper care to thrive. Calgary Plants is not responsible for the condition of plants after delivery if proper care is not provided.
Warranty and Issue Resolution
100% Satisfaction Policy: If for any reason the plants delivered are of unacceptable quality or if there are any concerns with your order, you must contact Calgary Plants by email at info@geradina.com within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange or refund. Plants must not be planted and must be in their original condition unless the damage was incurred during delivery. For delivery-related damages, photos are required for resolution. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for resolution.
